Float steam traps - the exhaust valve of the steam trap is actuated by a float connected to the valve by a lever. The condensate enters the body of the condensate trap and, filling it, raises the float, while opening the exhaust valve. When steam enters the condensate trap, the condensate level decreases and the exhaust valve closes.
